Terms and Conditions
- 50% down-payment is required before I start on rigging the model then remaining 50% after I finished the model and sent proof. (You may pay full upfront if preferred)- I will send proof that the rigging is done. Files will be sent after I received the remaining 50% balance.- Turn around time is 1-4 weeks, depending on commission. More time may be needed if I have a busy schedule (I will inform ahead of time).- Client must give proper credits and will NOT claim the commission as their own.- I have the rights to refuse the commission.- I have the rights to use the commission on my portfolio.- If there are any problems or concerns with the finished model, you can approach me so I may address them.- I have the right to tweet teasers or stream my work process with the model UNLESS I am told to keep it a secret.- NO refunds; Cancellations will only be entertained if the rigging is still ongoing. If a cancellation occurs, the initial payment of 50% will not be refunded.- ONLY model files will be provided (textures, .moc3, .model3.json, .physics3.json, cdi3.json, and any additional expression files)- If client wishes to have a copy of the rigging model file (.cmo3), an additional payment of 2X the rig price is required. If any new rigging is done on the base model file given, credits must still be given to me (@kaituren_), as the original rigger.
